Reporting directly to the CV Sales Director, the KAM will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal functions. * Act as the primary customer contact , managing all commercial and strategic activities. * Lead customer negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and business agreements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. * Coordinate with Customers to align project execution, customer support, and timelines. * Monitor market dynamics, activities, and customer trends to identify risks and opportunities. * Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions (engineering, operations, program management, quality, finance) to meet customer requirements.
