Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to and with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate * Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment * Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, compensation planning, onboarding, new manager assimilation etc. incl. training * Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations * Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements
