As Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator, you will drive the evolution of our HR systems by ensuring reliable functionality, trusted data, and strong user adoption. * Familiarise yourself with the processes and structures of the International Administration Unit, supported by a structured induction period of several weeks within this Unit. * 4 years of relevant professional experience supporting HR or enterprise system administration and configuration. * Demonstrated experience in system administration, user support, data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting configuration of HR systems or comparable systems. * Confident use and administration of HRIS platforms, preferably HERO, SAPSuccess Factors or comparable system.
