Your tasks

Responsibilities

As our Working Student in Operations, you'll dive into data and AI-driven workflows, supporting our team in turning insights into action and driving automation across processes. Your key responsibilities will include: *Exploring and testingAI-driven tools and APIs (e.g., GPT and other LLMs) for use cases such as data enrichment, report automation, and insight generation.

  • Compiling and analyzing data from Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other sources; visualizing insights in Looker Studio while enhancing automation.
    *Supporting and maintainingproject monitoring and performance tracking through data cleaning, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
    *Preparingad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across teams.
    *Documenting and sharingfindings, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to enable future scaling.
  • Collaborating with senior analysts and product managers to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows.

Your profile

Must-have

  • Enrollment at a German university for at least one more year , ideally in Business, Economics, Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
    *Practical experience withAI , especially GPT-based tools .
    *Basic understanding ofprompt engineering .
    *Experience withdata visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
    *Familiarity withAPI development and integration (LLM-related).
    *Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills .
    *Affinity withsoftware, hardware, and automation .
    *FluentEnglish skills.

Nice-to-have
*Experience withGoogle Analytics or Meta Insights .
*Basicscripting knowledge.
*Understanding ofstatistical methods and A/B testing .
*Familiarity withcollaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Slack).

  • German language skills.
