Your tasks

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your responsibilities will include:

Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing program in Italy
Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
Oversee and nurture partner relationships
Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

6+ years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business, including 4+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel
Experience in managing external partners and vendors
Exceptional negotiation skills
You are proficient in English and Italian
