Key responsibilities:
Support the Product Management and QE teams in analyzing, describing, and resolving software test issues
Write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation
Create and prepare use cases, presentations, and product demos
Participate in new feature development, including writing specifications
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve product quality and user experience
Essential requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university or technical college program related to construction, business administration, business informatics, or civil engineering
Strong interest in IT and construction software; experience with RIB or similar tools is a plus
Solid user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Curiosity for new technologies and software innovations (e.g., AI in construction)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with documentation tools or agile development environments
