You will contribute to and, based on experience, lead licensing transactions within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment, where successful deal-making is driven by collective expertise and aligned execution. * Lead or support licensing transactions depending on experience level, with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of more complex deals. * Advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc) with relevant experience in licensing, business development, and contracting within Pharma, Biotech, or related environments. * Proven experience in in- and/or out-licensing transactions across different development stages, with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical deal structures and BD best practices. * Experience in contract drafting, structuring, and negotiation, with a clear understanding of legal frameworks and commercial implications.
