Define and evolve user research strategy in close collaboration with Product Design and Product Management, aligned with business outcomes * Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research tailored to product goals and user flows * At least 3 years of professional experience in user research, ideally in B2B, tech-driven, or complex product environments, with a track record of delivering high-impact research; experience in the mobility or EV charging sector is a plus * Lead and manage en-to-end research operations (e.g. interviews, usability testing, workshops, surveys), including participant recruitment, ensuring compliance, consent, and representative user samples * Act as a strategic for Product and Design, not only as a research executor * Expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and translating insights into actionable product and business decisions
