Responsibility for support further development, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights) * Development and maintenance of interfaces to other applications (e.g. SAP, Reporting Services), as well as the further development of integrative components (e.g. web front ends, backend, and database development) * Independent handling and resolution of support cases reported by Product Owners and , as well as proactively driving user stories originating from the business * Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights), plugin development (C#), and Dynamics UI development (JavaScript/TypeScript) * Onboarding is supported by a wide range of training and further education opportunities
