Sustainable management and development of customer relationships and key accounts in close collaboration with Customer Success Management * Entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader with strategic vision, strong technical affinity, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong hands-on mentality: you work in a small team not only on a strategic level, but also operationally – e.g. in winning key accounts, running demos, and building processes and tools * Solid experience in the build-up and further development of sales organizations as well as in collaborating with Customer Success Management, and * Proven track record in B2B key account management and the ability to build and expand long-term business relationships (Land & Expand)
