Experience with product development, sourcing processes, quality requirements or international supplier management for the Label Kids Shoes part of the role is a must. * You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Kids Shoes category, including both branded assortment and Private Label Kids Shoes, across private shopping campaigns and shop-related campaign formats. * You work in close contact with Strategy Management, Shop Management, Marketing, Campaign Management, Quality Management, Logistics and other relevant departments. * You have a strong understanding of assortment building, supplier management, pricing, margins and campaign-driven retail business.
