Reporting to Group leadership and working closely with the Atlassian Professional Services, Regional CEOs, VP Commercials, Group CFO, Portfolio Lead, People & Culture and Group IT, this role acts as the of integration, transformation and operational performance across the Group. * What success looks like: Within 12–24 months, the VP Operations will have established a harmonised delivery model, a scalable services catalogue with Communardo IP, and a predictable operational governance cadence. Success is measured by faster PMI execution, improved utilisation and margin, standardised delivery quality, transparent KPIs, and a delivery engine capable of supporting enterprise growth, recurring revenue and AI-infused service models. * Identify opportunities for AI enabled service delivery and automation across internal operations (staffing, forecasting, reporting)
