As Product Owner for our Sales & CRM domain, owning the Salesforce Sales Cloud backlog and the end-to-end Subscription to Cash (S2C) process. * Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Translate business needs from the Sales & CRM Business Owner and stakeholders into user stories, technical specifications, and process flows. * Technical Leadership & Vendor Steering: Steer external Salesforce development and L2/L3 support partners to deliver scalable, maintainable Sales Cloud solutions — enforcing governor-limit-aware design, declarative-first configuration over custom Apex, secure data access (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected principles.
