University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, proven sales expertise in medical technology * Independent development and execution of sales strategies in the medical technology sector * Identification of market opportunities, development of sales plans, forecasting, and full budget responsibility * Close collaboration with Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience * At least 8–10 years of proven sales experience in medical technology, ideally in a B2B environment with direct customer interaction at decision-maker level
