Serves as the internal knowledge hub and for a specific category across the organization (Marketing, Sales, Commercialization, Revenue Management, Sales Finance) and for selected retailers. The position: The Category Manager ENERGY & TEA holds end-to-end responsibility for the total ENERGY & TEA category strategy across all banners, driving the commercial category agenda with mid- and senior-level management. * Embeds the end-to-end brand mindset across projects and day-to-day work, partnering closely with Account Management (Sales) and Marketing to translate Category Plans into strong Account Plans (AOP). * Develops a point of view on ENERGY & TEA category shipments and forecasts to deliver national AOP targets, and can clearly explain key shipment drivers and drainers across retailers to mid- and senior-level management. * Collaborates with Space Management to develop customer-specific planograms.
