You will act as Senior IT System Engineer (remote and approximately 30% willingess to travel to customer site) interfacing with the customers, respond to reported incident issues, attend regular service support visits, support a remote team of installation & upgrade on site, perform software O/S patching or Safety updates when needed, manage customer expectations, and ensure clear communication between the customer and GEHC. * Provide independent on‑site and remote troubleshooting, support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, and ensure high system availability and technical quality. * Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, tickets, and service reports while adhering to quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
