Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects * Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service * Define and assess target operating models for Service, covering processes, products, systems, org structure and footprint * Develop and implement PMI plans for Service * Several years of exposure to Customer Service, preferably in MedTech * Solid command of project management methodology and relevant IT tools (milestone/capacity planning etc.), e. g. MS Office, MS TEAMS, SharePoint etc.
