Plan and execute projects in the ophthalmic field (e.g. new products, process improvements, layout). * Define project scope, milestones, schedules including critical path, and resource needs; maintain and update project plans. * Manage change requests and assess their impact on time, cost, and quality. * Prepare and lead project meetings; document decisions, actions, and progress. Create and consolidate management-ready presentations in alignment with project leadership. Maintain the high-level governance of the project. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements in collaboration with QA/RA. * Advanced years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in optics, ophthalmics, medical technology, or a comparable industrial environment. * Solid project management skills: planning, tracking, risk and issue management, basic budgeting.
