Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to and with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate * Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, compensation planning, onboarding, new manager assimilation etc. incl. training * Partner with HR Business Partners and HR CoE's to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at site * Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements * Strong problem-solving skills and capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
