This position is a key leadership role within INNIO in the field of product and program management and is responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional strategies, controlling measures and projects which ensure a profitable, competitive product offering. Functional budgeting, product profitability controlling and key strategic projects are additional responsibilities. * Lead a team of product cost, product pricing and program managers and be accountable for attraction, retention, training, and development of direct reports * Own Program execution across platforms, including Product Cost-Out (PCO) and related Project Management activities * Lead consolidation of business data, analysis, derive actions and ensure implementation to support product line objectives * Lead aggregation of complex pricing and cost data in accurate leadership dashboards
