The role includes proactive market and customer development, lead qualification, and the translation of complex customer requirements into tailored photonics solutions in close collaboration with Thorlabs' global business units, engineering teams, and sales organizations. * Identify and develop new markets, customers, and OEM projects, as well as new opportunities within existing accounts, to achieve European growth targets for Custom Photonics Solutions * Act as Key Account Manager for selected strategic customers across the full sales and project lifecycle * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and global teams to drive execution
