Responsibilities include full budget ownership, briefing, planning, optimization, reporting, and the implementation of martech programs in line with EU guidelines and local market needs. * Full budget management for paid media in the 4 markets. * Implement martech programs and lead media innovation in the 4 market * Proven experience in media and advertising - either on agency or client-side, including large budget management. * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams.
