Completed studies in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, quality management, or electrical engineering * Assure series product stability in both production and field operations by monitoring process sustainability across the entire value chain, with a strong focus on reducing non-conformities and COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) * Engage in and supervise the engineering change processes for series products, including quality assessment, risk evaluation, and controlled end-to-end implementation together with respective functions * Make sure , production, installation, and service qualifications are executed and documented in accordance with the defined processes and the integrated management system (IMS) * Collaborate with the IMS team on releasing production processes and ensuring compliance with the defined standards
