We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of a leading international e-commerce marketplace across the German market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential SMB and B2B sellers across key categories including Automotive Parts & Accessories, Fashion, Collectibles, Refurbished Products, and Live Commerce. Outbound Business Development * Conduct discovery conversations with prospective sellers to assess business fit, commercial potential, product assortment, inventory depth, and readiness for marketplace expansion. * 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
