In this role you will act as the of the national marketing strategy, driving market development, competitive differentiation, and long-term growth for one of Edwards' most dynamic and rapidly evolving therapeutic areas. * Lead the development and continuous evolution of the German TMTT marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the European vision while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and unmet clinical needs. * Develop, implement and measure the impact of the country marketing plans in cooperation with the Regional TMTT Leadership Team and with the European TMTT Marketing team including campaigns, product launches and local events * Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns
