As a Lead Product Analyst (all genders), you play a key role in building our modern, product-centric Insights function and shaping how data-informed product development is embedded in our Discovery and Delivery processes. Our new Business Insights team brings together Analytics and UX Research to enable more informed decision-making across product and business contexts. Our analysts (all genders) go far beyond reporting: They define success, challenge assumptions, and choose the right methods to support decisions that matter across the company. You work directly with our product teams and act as a thought , sparring partner, and trusted advisor for (all genders), Designers (all genders), and User Researchers (all genders).
