Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes Positions: Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) - Pharma & -vitro Diagnostics * Manage and administer delivery and service contracts (e.g., MSA), including pricing, delivery terms, contract renewals, and amendments * Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) * Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system, monitor and control delivery dates, inventory, and backorders; proactively communicate in case of deviations * Support the preparation of forecasts and manage them in the ERP system, handle complaints, and participate in S&OP processes * At least 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales, ideally in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, diagnostics)
