As an HR Generalist based in Germany, you will support managers, employees, and HR colleagues across a wide range of HR activities, including employment administration, compensation, employee relations support, talent management, benefits, and shared service processes for EMEA. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and delivering HR introductions to new hires. Support recruitment activities, including managing candidate communication, and coordinating the offer process. Support the local in preparing work council meetings by gathering required information, drafting documentation, and assisting throughout consultation processes. Manage HR inboxes, respond to employee inquiries, and provide timely and service-oriented support. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
