Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) * Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system, monitor and control delivery dates, inventory, and backorders; proactively communicate in case of deviations * Support the preparation of forecasts and manage them in the ERP system, handle complaints, and participate in S&OP processes * Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes * Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences) or comparable commercial/technical training with relevant professional experience * At least 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales, ideally in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, diagnostics)
