Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, compensation planning, onboarding, new manager assimilation etc. incl. training - This role will drive a positive & productive culture, an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. * Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to and with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate * Advance the standardization, digitization, and further development of our HR processes together with the local teams * Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements * Extensive experience in HR process optimization, digitalization, and standardization
