You'll manage HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR data integrity. Collaborate with HR departments, projects, and drive process improvements. * Act as a knowledgeable and service-oriented point of contact for managers, employees, and regarding all HR-related matters (Germany and EMEA) and company-specific HR processes and standards (globally) * Organize the administrative handling of employee onboarding and offboarding processes (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, and separation agreements) as well as all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (maternity leave, parental leave, contract amendments) * Take ownership of HR projects and lead the continuous improvement of internal departmental processes
