In this role, you are responsible for leading the end‑to‑end supply chain and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to secure reliable customer delivery, optimized inventory, and effective planning across the business. The role oversees key processes including inventory management, demand and supply balancing, global logistics, order fulfilment, capacity planning, and operational alignment between local sites, global functions (GlobalCustomerCare, GlobalOrderManagement), and cross‑functional partners. Lead and develop the local Supply Chain & SIOP team consisting of planning & logistics by ensuring the right capabilities, mindset, and performance culture. * Solid experience in supply chain management, including planning, logistics, and inventory optimization. * Strong understanding of ERP and planning systems (SAP, IBP) and data‑driven decision making.
