You will manage internal operations as well as our external sites, develop strategies to improve service quality and efficiency, and drive the development of both your team and our external service providers. * Management and further development of external service centers (fulfillment locations) in Germany and abroad, including regular on-site visits * Development and implementation of strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency * You have several years of experience in outbound sales, including multiple years in a leadership role with proven success in team management, motivation, and development. * You have experience in 1:1 coaching sessions, team huddles, and call listenings; ideally, you bring trainer experience in sales and actively support your team's skills development.
