Own Core Operations & Stakeholder Management: Take end-to-end ownership of critical workflows, including the active steering of our external Call Center. You own core operations, lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives, design new processes and automate them – leveraging data, AI, and modern tooling where it creates real impact. * Act as an : Systematically audit processes across Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Product, Support and People to identify where time or leverage is wasted – and implement AI, automation, or process improvements to fix it. * At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity environments (startup/scale-up, consulting) in Operations, RevOps, Product, or Growth/Business Development.
