As part of our Global Commercial Organization, you will drive the integration of sales and commercial operations — capturing synergies, aligning processes, and ensuring a seamless transition toward a more powerful, connected business. * Support portfolio integration: Collaborate closely with Product Management and regional sales teams to execute portfolio strategies that drive measurable success * Coordinate cross-functionally: Lead diverse teams, anticipate interdependencies, and ensure alignment across Commercial, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions * Drive commercial optimization: Streamline and harmonize operations to create an efficient, cohesive commercial structure * 5+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, commercial excellence, or sales operations — ideally in the B2B or Chemical industry
