• Contribute actively to innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging new tools, data, and technologies (including AI-enabled solutions where applicable) • Oversee and coordinate Mastercard's owned social media activities for assigned topics or platforms in collaboration with Communications and agencies • Work closely with colleagues across IMC (Marketing, Communications, B2B Marketing), as well as Product, Sales, and external agency partners (creative, media, digital, events, sponsorship) to deliver integrated outcomes
