Partner with the executive team on key business initiatives, from pricing strategy to market expansion. Lead a high-performing finance team focused on strategic business partnering. Experience of managing a team with an interest in developing and coaching others. Strong commercial finance/controlling/ business partnering experience in fast-paced, international environments.
