Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or service-centric environments (optical, healthcare, consumer electronics, or comparable). * Define, implement, and continuously improve ZEISS retail excellence standards (e.g., customer journey, service protocols, visual merchandising, KPIs) in line with ZEISS retail strategy, brand positioning, and regional priorities. * Partner with Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and external partners to ensure an integrated, on-brand customer experience across channels and in-store. * Academic degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
