This positionl leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and software solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. o Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other digital tools to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. o Develop training programs and resources to upskill HR staff and end-users on new technologies and systems. o Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards, such as GDPR or local data protection laws. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
