Partner with global stakeholders to strengthen performance and enable business success through effective and future-oriented learning concepts * Drive impactful learning initiatives: identify needs, shape solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning strategies and approaches * Design behavior-driven learning objectives and propose suitable formats (or alternative interventions) based on effectiveness and feasibility * Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field * Several years of professional experience in learning needs analysis, performance consulting, or Instructional Design. * Strong didactic background, experience with learning needs analysis, learning management systems, e-learning tools * Promotion of professional and personal development at the BSH internal Global Learning Campus
