Act as Key Account Manager for selected strategic customers across the full sales and project lifecycle - This position owns the development of key customer relationships, the identification of high-potential markets, and the execution of targeted sales campaigns to achieve sustainable revenue growth in Europe. * Identify and develop new markets, customers, and OEM projects, as well as new opportunities within existing accounts, to achieve European growth targets for Custom Photonics Solutions * Proactively lead business development and sales initiatives across Europe, including strategic account planning and targeted campaigns * Own sales forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and represent Thorlabs at trade shows and key customer visits * 5+ years of account management in an outside Sales or Technical Sales role, with demonstrated proactive and positive approach
