You will help shape the next generation of controlling at tesa by sitting at the interface of Sales Controlling, IT, and our Management Reporting & Systems team. * Practical experience in Controlling, Sales Controlling, or Commercial Finance (or a strong drive to build it quickly), ideally including planning/forecasting or sales performance management - You embed yourself in the Sales Controlling Consumer team to understand the business end to end, uncover bottlenecks, and translate real-world needs into scalable analytics and automation solutions — across reporting, commenting, planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support.
