Overall responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team, including personnel development, goal setting, and performance management. * Management and responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS. * Continuous optimization and further development of accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality, including support for ERP projects. * Monitoring of CAPEX project controlling and its correct accounting representation. * Creation and analysis of meaningful reports for management, as well as managing liquidity planning and payment runs. * Regular company events, capital-forming benefits, a job ticket (public transport subsidy), JobRad (company bike scheme), employer subsidies for lunch with Lunch-it, and a modern time tracking system with a flextime account.
