Join our team at our Berlin location immediately as an IT Support & Helpdesk Specialist (all genders) * Client Management: You support Windows and Apple clients (Windows & macOS), commission new hardware (laptops, smartphones), and set up and reconfigure IT workstations. * Projects & Development: You contribute your own ideas to improve IT infrastructure, independently lead IT projects, and take ownership of defined subject areas. * Experience & Expertise: You hold a completed IT qualification or have at least 5 years of professional experience, along with solid knowledge of Windows system administration and Microsoft & Azure infrastructure technologies. * Technical Proficiency: You have comprehensive knowledge of current client hardware (desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, printers) and experience with IT service management platforms (BMC Helix, FreshService, etc.).
