The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support Building on our heritage of innovation, we partner with our customers to deliver solutions to the key industries that underpin our modern way of life. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a global environment. * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation.
