Account development and prospecting: manage 100+ assigned accounts across biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and academic sectors; execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and campaigns; build quarterly account development plans by tier. * Internal collaboration: partner with Director of Scientific Engagement on complex opportunities; collaborate with on handoffs and joint visits. * 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles in life sciences, CRO, biospecimen, diagnostics, or related industries. * Proficiency with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement tools.
