The competencies of our 400 employees cover the entire offshore wind value chain, including greenfield development, engineering and design, procurement, financing, construction management and asset management. * Shape and drive executive and leadership meetings end-to-end, from agenda design and preparation to documentation, decision tracking, and action follow-up. * Design, standardize, and continuously evolve EA processes, tools, and ways of working to elevate the quality and consistency of executive support. * Act as a role model and sparring partner for the EA team, enabling confident decision-making and interaction at executive level.
