HR Support & Employee Lifecycle Management - Provide first-line HR support for and across onboarding, role changes, annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other HR queries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. * Compensation & Benefits Administration - Support payroll processes, administer benefits and pension plans, and ensure accurate payroll data input. * Performance Management & Development - Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, performance improvement plans, and maintain training and development initiatives.
