Oversee customer and quality management, including the resolution of major quality incidents, customer complaints, issues, and the alignment of key specifications * Lead global quality management and all quality-related activities across Business Line EIS * Ensure robust quality processes across the product lifecycle, including APQP/PPAP, control and test plans, structured change management, and systematic problem-solving * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline * Several years of experience in quality management within an international manufacturing environment * Experience in managing complex quality incidents, customer complaints, and supplier quality topics in an international environment * Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
