Own and continuously enhance global recruitment programs, including employee referrals, internal mobility, recruiter enablement and selected innovation initiatives. * Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters across business units to translate hiring needs into structured, scalable recruitment solutions. * Develop and deliver enablement materials, tools and guidance to upskill recruiters and promote consistent ways of working. * 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles. * Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs simultaneously, including employee referrals, internal talent mobility and recruiter development initiatives.
